Do I need to know how to write a resume?+
Not at all. Fill out the intake form in your own words, military language and all, and we handle the translation into civilian resume format.
How does the job posting tailoring work?+
When you paste a job posting into the intake form, our system uses that specific posting to tailor your resume — matching the keywords, skills, and language the employer is looking for.
How long does it take to get my resume?+
Basic resumes are delivered within 24 hours. Standard packages are 24-48 hours. Premium packages are 48-72 hours.
What if I have served in multiple MOS or roles?+
No problem. The intake form gives you space to describe each position and we will organize them to highlight career progression.
What does ATS-optimized mean?+
Most companies use Applicant Tracking Systems to screen resumes before a human sees them. ATS-optimized means your resume is written with the right keywords so it passes those filters and lands in front of a hiring manager.
Can I request revisions?+
Yes. Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes unlimited revisions for 30 days.
Is this only for veterans on active duty separation?+
No — we serve all veterans regardless of when they separated, as well as National Guard and Reserve members.
